Serial Number HELP!

I recently obtained a laptop i had Trainz: Engineers Edition installed on a while ago, and since then it has been uninstalled, so today I tried to reinstall it. However, I don't remember any of my login details from when i registered my serial number, and when I made a new account and tried to register it, I got the new account restricted. If anyone knows a way to find out which account your serial number is tied to I would greatly appreciate it!!!

As Trainz serial numbers are not transferable, you will not be able to register the serial number again. If you do not remember the login details for the account that Trainz was registered to, then please try contacting our support team at http://support.trainzportal.com/
