Login Issue

Hi, when I had a issue in making post and replies to threads I started, I raised a ticket and got all solution and my account is now activated.

But today when I went to https://www.auran.com/planetauran/login.php?action=login, I am not able to log in.

The web page says -
Please ensure you have Cookies/Sessions enabled in your web browser,
If you have any internet security programs running, make sure they are not blocking cookies,
If you continue to have problems please contact Help Desk.

Now what can be the problem?

I need to download the game from my account to install it in new PC, alas I am not able to Login.


Neither I am able to raise a ticket as I am not able to Login.
