JR Lt Grey Track

Hello,

I have a couple questions about 'JR Lt Grey' Track <kuid2:45324:38023:4>

1) Is this the same track that is included in the JR Track Pack that is free to the Club Car subscribers? I acquired it from T:ANE Deluxe and it shows as installed, payware, and I am not a Club Car Subscriber.

2) The JR Track Pack description it states 'Feel free to use in your routes and pack with them if needed. DLS is OK as well.' Does that mean if I create a route, and want to sell the route as payware, and include the track with my routes .cdp, and I will not be violating the copyright?

No (JR Track Pack includes <kuid:296005:100042>, <kuid:296005:100043>, <kuid:296005:100045>, <kuid:525841:100833>, <kuid:525841:100834>, <kuid:525841:100836> and <kuid:525841:100837>).
<kuid2:45324:38023:3> is in the dependencies of the Military Mega Pack, :4 is used in C&O Hinton Division, Legacy of the Burlington Northern, Fort Liberty Transportation Unit and The Bidye Traction Railroad - Model Trainz .

Is the JR Track Pack procedural track?

I didn't use it yet so I can't answer. It is Build 2.9.

No, it's not procedural track.
Second, I wouldn't use it on a route that I'd plan to have available as payware. I don't know for certain, but I wouldn't anyway. It's better to be safe, and not use it on this route, than sorry by having to deal with a lot of legal issues by using it on a route that's available as payware. I'm not a member of JointedRail, but I'd wait for someone at JR to answer your question.
