This route does indeed look awesome, and I'd love to run in in SP2 of T:ANE, but I appear not to have the TMR17 addons you mention I'd probably need. Where might I find those?

Perhaps those are the TMR17 bits? They are all listed as unknown in the CM.

And there is one third-party asset, listed as a building, but appears to be a person, that is faulty:

Like the Route Maps you displayed today!

Glad you enjoy this version, I try to include a high level of detail in a smaller space rather than have for example a larger layout/route without as much detail. Looks like all the years of reading Model Railroader magazine has paid off, at least virtually lol.

Like your Map pictures posted today, a picture is worth a 1000 words, they really bring all the details out so one can see the Route at a Glance in totality, in fact when I look for Routes to download, if I can see a picture map like this it really works when it comes to selecting Routes I wish to play with.

If you have a paint program, open the jpg image and colour one pixel in a corner slightly different to the rest. Save and commit and all will be well.

Any idea about those missing kuids? I suspect they're from the TMR17 addons mentioned, but I don't know what the TMR17 addons mentioned are or where to find them.

I have been busy creating a 10 page PDF on the Pioneer X industries to help with prototypical operations for my Pioneer X Layout. Below are 2 samples. The full pdf contains the industries, the previous map with industry icons and a text sample listing of shipping and receiving goods and cars. PM with an email address stating you want the Pioneer Industry PDF pack. (About 5 MB in size)





And just a sidenote to avoid confusion, the feedmill and grain storage silos are together as a single industry. Grain is unloaded by covered hoppers and stored in the silos until used by the feedmill which then sends the finished product off
via boxcar from the track behind the mill....

:confused: How many Routes have you downloaded, and there were just some things you weren't quite sure of when operating on said route, so A: you try and contact author for answer or B: you try and figure it out, but maybe? U never figure it out.....Well it has happened to me a few times over the years, where I just couldn't connect with how some things in the Route were supposed to work.....

What could be a better way to learn about the Route with nice picture illustration like you prepared here.

Careful someone might come along and put you to work for Pay........:wave:

This is exactly why I decided to make this packet, for people who want some examples on how to operate a layout (realistically) in a simple to understand format. well hopefully simplified....

New ideas and new industries...........well have been looking to figure a way to add tank cars to the layout and came across an option:






Found corn stalks to add to the farming sectors as seen above.

So with corn crops now on the layout I decided on corn syrup as a new product....Added an expansion to the Cargill Grain processing plant for loading corn syrup to specially made tankers that carry only that product:



A separate siding for the tankers...

Now with corn being brought from the farms to the Cargill processing plant and turned into corn syrup, it needs some industries to supply...








Say hello to CornProducts International......a company that takes the corn syrup deliveries from the Cargill plant and uses it as an additive for food products such as gum and candy and even ketchup. After processing the
corn syrup into its products, they are packaged and sent out by truck. The company also has separate bulk storage by rail where it can load tanker trucks with corn syrup to sell to other industries...
