Can i use screenshots from Trainz?

Hi! Someone want to take Trainz screenshots for non-comercial use, e.g. for collage, and distribute free. May be this will background in own game. It is legally? Thanks.

I have used Trainz screenshots for commercial use (illustrations in a textbook). My publisher contacted N3V (Auran as it was back then) and sought permission which was granted subject to certain conditions i.e. no material to be included that was copyrighted to any other party. This essentially meant only use assets that are available on the DLS.

So contact N3V first.
