S&C for T:ANE discount code

Hi All,

I'd like to get the S&C T:ANE pack. I understand for those who owned it pre-T:ANE, there is a discount code which an be used when buying the latest version. Does anyone know how to get it? I was advised to check my emails and mytrainz account but couldn't see anything in either.
