Installing TANE Platium bundle

I purchased package and my digital DL give me duchess dlc installer? My ticket says I purchased correct package but it will not install on Tane it says I need 6 or 10 --it will on 12 but not Tane -what am I doing wrong-TKS

The Duchess should install automatically along with the other content when you start up T:ANE the first time.

With that said, I'm not sure you need this and why would they give you that anyway?

I'm sure others will come along with an answer and in the end you may have to contact the helpdesk for assistance.

The download is only for TS12, TANE it is downloaded in game when you start it, at the in game menu, need to close TANE completely and then restart it.
