New TS12 Rule: Regional Weather

I dusted off an old rule I wrote for TRS2004, and updated it for TS12.
This allows setting the weather around a trackmark. So, for example, you can set snow on a mountain pass, rain at a lake, etc.

User interface is in Driver Mode.

How is the rule applied?

Here is a guide to getting started with the Regional Weather Rule.

In "Edit Session" in Surveyor, add the rule. The rule may only be added once in a session.

In Driver, the Regional Weather browser should show on the screen.

When "Add Trackmark" is selected, a new browser should show all existing trackmarks on your route.

Select trackmarks for which you want to specify the weather.

Back in the main browser, selecting "Edit Trackmarks" will bring up a browwer where you can set the weather conditions around each trackmark.

When a train with the focus (one you are looking at, in other words) is within the specified distance of one of the trackmarks, the weather will be set to whatever you specified.

(The browser may be minimized and will show along the top of the Trainz screen similar to the Quick Drive rule).
