You can always use the "edit" below your posting, to change thing after you post.
Also, on TS12 (which you were using), when you key the PrtScn button, screenshots are saved (without the frame if I remember) to a folder in the TS12 program , e.g. TS12\UserData\screenshots.
Conversely, for TANE the 'screenshots' folder is among the data folders, which are (usually) separate from the program.
