Can anyone make a bird-hide object for T-:ANE?

I have a small British route that I'm making, based on a real life route. I need to add some bird hides (see image) but I can't find any in the DLS. Can anybody either tell me where to find one or (only if you have the time) actually make one for me?

That looks very easy to make. How big are they (Width-Height)? For that matter, what ARE they?

They are small wooden structures generally on open fields which allow photographers to take pictures of birds without scaring them away. They are usually only just big enough to stand up in, but they are sometimes set up, off the ground. I think 2.5m high with a width of about 3m would be good. It would be even better if a model could be octagonal like in the image, but that might be harder. The darker rectangles around the top of the bird hide are windows.
