Question for Jointed Rail

I just got your sou. gp38-2 ph1 high hood, and I was just wondering if I'm aloud to repaint if I can. I haven't done it in years but would like to try if I may, If not would you be willing to paint me N&W skunk skim for the three road numbers. The N&Ws were gp38-acs, not sure how much different there is between them. Would be willing to pay. Thanks in advance.

You buy a new car, a model car, a house, whatever it is, you bought it. Just don't redistribute it without permission and grants. That is what you should be worrying about. Gosh, this is making people too worried to do anything to their own stuff. Make a clone of it and do it.
