HLCX GP38 Error

Would anyone know why I am getting this error and how to fix it?
"Error: Incorrect number of values for the tag 'high_beam_value', expected 2 values, found 4." Removing the last two values removes the error but the locomotive will not spawn once I do so. I am running Trainz 12 version 61383.
 
I haven't tried it in T:ANE yet. As far as I know it is compatible with Trainz 12, there was no mention of it being incompatible with Trainz 12 on Jointedrail's website.
EDIT: I tried removing the 3rd and 4th values and it seems to be working now.

Are you referring to a portal? Does that mean that they are generated from the portal when they are faulty, but not after they have been repaired?
 
Try redownloading and reinstalling the locomotive. Maybe you got a corrupt file.
