Firstly, it's advisable not to post your email address in a public area of the forum as it's likely to become a spam target. If Dave requires it he will be able to private message you for it.

Secondly. Dave Snow is often on here where you may be able to private message him (you should already have the username from Content Manager itself) and from memory provides an email address in his content.
