HLCX GP38-2 Faulty Error

Would anyone know why I am getting this error and how to fix it?
"Error: Incorrect number of values for the tag 'high_beam_value', expected 2 values, found 4." Removing the last two values removes the error but the locomotive will not spawn once I do so.
On a lighter note, I'm looking forward to what the JointedRail team has in store! Thank you for all of the great content you all have created.
