Does any one know if there are Two Tone Gray Union Pacific coaches out there? if so, please tell me where to find them.

I'm not sure if they were ever made for Trainz, but you may be able to re-skin DieCastGalore's UP coaches or Whitepass's pullmans to something similar.
EDIT: I think Vulcan might have made some. Either on Ianz Trainz or DLS.

Someone asked me this a few days ago,
on the DLS;
I'd suggest the Armor yellow with red strip for more modern scenarios (after 1944) and the Two tone gray for older scenarios (before 1944).

I have the whole armor yellow set, but I want Two tone grey to match with my TTG FEF-2's and 3's, ( some of which you gave me )

As I also mentioned PaulzTrainz has an extensive (well over 20 cars) collection of 2 Tone Gray Pullman lightweight cars in both smooth side and ripple side.
and he has sets of Harriman cars in 2 Tone Gray too.
Of course you have to pay for these

Edit: I just checked and Paul has sold me 27 different lightweight cars (not different names and numbers, different types of railcars) in 2Tone Gray. If you don't like his colors he'll repaint them for you, for a price.

are there ones that are all grey, or only ones with yellow stripes.
Paul will paint them any color you want. If you want 2Tone Gray with white stripes and lettering all you have to do is ask and pay.
Only the first is one of Paul's locomotives, the second is TrainzItalia's, and the last two are NARM's. I'd intended to have one of ANL's in there too, but got confused. (Ah the benefits of advanced age.)

The locomotive is one of NARM/ussc1798's FEF-1s.
The right most string is vulcan's set, it and the middle rail cars are in Pullman Pool TTG. The upper string is in Pullman Shadowline TTG.
The middle rail cars, from left to right, three sleepers from TrainzForge, jacksonbarno. These have a form of ARN that changes the name of the rail cars since these did not have numbering. The next four cars are coach cars from mcguirel.
The upper string starts off with two sleepers from jacksonbarno also with changing names and the last car is whitepass's sleeper. Note that all these cars with exception of vulcan's are repaint/reworks of whitepass's original Pullman rail cars.
