reply to support ticket

Use the link on the email to get back onto the Helpdesk site. If there isn't one, click Helpdesk above then use My Tickets followed by the name of the ticket that's been responded to.

Replying may also work though depending on the way they've got it set up.

Have replied to email , Have found the support ticket but there isn't anywhere to give a reply.
Will wait and see.
 
Open your ticket. You will find your initial post and the replies after that.

Click on the "Add reply" button found left above the latest reply.
My guess is you were looking near the bottom, but it is almost at the top.

Alternatively...
Look in the top-right corner of each post. You will see the symbol of a tiny text cloud. If you click on that you will quote that post and a reply box is opened.
