You need to reference the horn sound (whistle) in your engine's config.txt file. You will see a line that reads: hornsound <kuid:123455:6789> Replace this with the horn sound you want to use. You will also have to replace that <kuid:123455:6789> in your Kuid-table section of the config.txt file as well.
