Hi, i am trying to get permission to reskin a loco set but the creator does not accept private messages.
Any ideas how to contact them would be grateful.

Look for an email in the original item's config.

Some content creators do not give permission for reskins. There are some issues involved, if the content needs to be updated because the rules get tightened for example then they are unable to correct the reskin. If you PM me the their name I might be able to assist in getting in contact.

You are allowed to reskin as long as your do not give the reskin out to anyone.

Until you get explicit written permission from the creator, you can not release, or redistribute it, to others

I would endorse that, the one I looked at the email address is still valid but be aware you may not get a reply.
