it is an enginespec i already downloaded the enginespec pack on JR but this kuid is not in it
and i can no lonker search TKI so thats why i posted here

<kuid2:45324:6408:6> is listed among the dependencies of GE-C40-8W CSX (ex-CR patch) on JR's site (but their search engine doesn't find it, as usual).
