User name/password have become invalid?

Hi Knowledgeable Ones.

For some reason I cannot now log into Content Manager for 2006 or 2010. Never had a problem for years.
Have not changed log-in name or password. Any ideas how to re-establish entry? (They are accepted ok on this forum?)

I'd suggest running the Network Diagnostics option in the File menu in Content Manager and see if any failures/errors are reported. I do notice that you are only showing as far as TS2010 though on your timeline so if that's the highest version you have I'd also check that you've got an active First Class Ticket.

Hi Shane

Switched Firewall on/off and did a restart. Seems OK now ... Strange. Problem seems resolved. I'll do network diagnostic as you suggest.
