need some help

I purchased the class 14 addon pack but didn't get a code for it as it says it needs one. if anyone can help please it would be a great help to me as i can't use it on my trainz game because of this even if this company would help me. feel free to move this to the correct place as i don't know were to put this. but let me now where it has been moved to please

well shane the build is Trainz 12 build 3.6 49922

You may want to update to SP1 (build 57720 or higher) if you can as this will allow the DLC to be downloadable in-game without needing a serial number.

Went back to ts12 to play with a route looking for these locos, running build 61388 so thats ok but how do you get the installer to accept no code.
