Layout Creation - Tips Please

Hi, I'm looking to start making a layout, have expierence within other editors such as Farming Simulator games etc but think this is a lot more complex but learning the curves. The main thing I am having problem is.... How do I go about finding assets I wish?

How do you guys find this stuff?

Few suggestions:

• Ask the person who made the screenshot to check the name and KUID of the asset.
• Download the route and check yourself.
• Check the DLS for names of the bridges.
• Post a picture on the forum and ask for ideas.

Ah I see I didn't want to be rude by asking people as normally on other simulator sites people get moody. At least I can ask something here. Thank you

As long as you are asking people the name and where to find the assets, it should be fine.

You will run into irritation and possible legal problems when you ask people to send you the asset (as obtain assets from elsewhere as the source locations is often illegal).

Asking how to create an asset will usually get you positive response.
Asking others to create an asset will usually get you irritation and negative response.

At the top of this page is a "Tips & Tricks" section with more information than you can read in a week or two.
'Tis a good starting place ! You would be surprised at the wealth of info available .
