Trainz Model Railroad Noob- Help Please?

Hello! I am an old Trainz player, and I thought I should take a stab at making a model railroad in Trainz. What assets would I need to download to get features for the room, supports, benchwork, etc? Buying TMR2017 is not in the cards for me.

But I now use a different method. If you download this layout and take it to pieces (as a first step, remove the fascia), I use terra-forming to drop the floor:

Dig holes only allow rectangular baseboards. Terra-forming allows a 45 degree edge.
