Problems With Making A Whistle For SP GS-4 4449

I recorded it and the recording itself has more detailed information about the problem:

But, for short, I was trying to make a whislte for SP 4449 and it only plays "horn_start.wav".

I Think its some kinda glitch or maybe did it wrong if im not mistaking maybe contact the help desk or a moderator
