Can you use sound scripts on enginesound assets?

Simple question, can you use sound scripts on enginesound assets?

For example, the enginesound's main sounds change according to changes in throttle, and the soundscripts sounds change according to speed.

I'm looking to create a fictional-yet-somewhat-realistic sound for an EMU, where a "buzzing" sound can be heard when the throttle is applied, regardless of what speed the unit is doing. The soundscript is responsible for the sound of the traction motors.
