Question regarding KUID number ?

Fellow Trainzers ,

It has been quite awhile since I have worked on my route . I seem to remember that
a unique KUID # was assigned to a user's upload . Does this assigned number still remain
unique to me thru all the years ?

And if so , where do I find it other than on my content on the DLS ?
