How do I get the SP AC-12 when the website from the creator doesn't work?

I can confirm the Wayback Machine link works, but you have to right click the picture of the loco and hit "Save Link As..." and save it, otherwise you get a screen of gibberish. It will save as a CDP file and you can import it into CM.

I *think* that may be an issue specific to Firefox, because it also happened to me at TPR with Firefox, but not with IE.

Philskene had a session for a route of his that was made for TS12. in CMP, search for Riverside Railroad. Alternatively, select 'author' and enter Philskene's name, and then add a second search dropdown. select 'categories' and then 'session'. there should be a session titled '14 of Ben Neals's Steamers errors free in TS12' that should include a mediafire link to a download containing the fixed engines plus Lilb's cab forward, which he had fixed with Lilb's permission for TS12.

Yup just right click the pic and then click "save link as" and it will down load the file as a CDP.
