I'll second that. Most helpful in resolving an issue I had this week.

I've voiced complaints in this forum on other issues, so it is only proper that I speak up with praise to the help desk. They were a great help when I couldn't find an answer anywhere else.

Kudos to the unseen heroes of the help desk!

    A thank you indeed!

Zec has not only helped me with issues, but even answered some of my stupid sounding questions that I had.

A very special thank you to Zec

Agree. I had an issue a few weeks back when I was unable to download an illusive purchased item. The helpdesk were very professional and courteous while emails were going backwards and forwards during this time. My issue was solved for which I was over the moon.

    Thank you so much.

Sometimes all you can do is shake your head...This appears to be one of those cases. I would comment but only good comments are allowed here.

With the way the world is today a feel good thread isn't all that bad.
