Tram Tracks Turn Green

Recently the Tram Rail and Rail Tram have started to come out green in colour in the Surveyor and Driver mode. One more so than the other, The Tram Rail, rails are green lined and Rail Tram it is a green block.
Wondering if there is a problem with these assets

NVIDIA GenForce 940MX w/2Gb VRAM is my graphics card.

I have the same problem with some of these - I think it's because the author used the .texture format for all of his image files. They can be fixed with Images2TGA, if I recall rightly.
