Changes to the Content Repair Process

Spiffy

Web & IT Manager
As Tony posted in July we are continuing to improve the DLS by ensuring that the content meets the requirements of the current products and as such we will be making some changes to the content repair process.

The Public Process will be closed as we switch over to a more targeted approach using a dedicated team of content repair community members, this is to ensure that we are all working towards a common goal as we target specific content pieces moving forward.

From Monday the 29th August no new assets will be able to be claimed for repair. Those who are already working on a piece of content will have a further week to repair and upload their changes, with that feature being disabled for the public on Monday 5th September.

As part of this update process the Download Station upload processing may be periodically offline on Monday the 29[SUP]th[/SUP] and Tuesday 30[SUP]th[/SUP] August. Do not hesitate to continue uploading content, but there may be an extended delay before it is processed.

We would like to thank all in the Trainz Community who participated in the Public Repair Project since it launched many years ago, your contributions have been a huge asset to the Trainz community and we hope that you will continue to help in future projects.

The Trainz Team
