some problems with new content

I have a bit of a strange problem here. so I just downloaded the up patched c44 from JR (don't worry, I bought it. I'm not a nine year old who's friend sent it to them and accidentally dl'd it), and when i put them into driver, every time i sound the horn, the bell rings.

what do i do?

Its not a issue, its supposed to be that way. More modern locomotives, especially the ones from Jointed Rail, where they make everything as prototypical as they can, have the bell sound every time the horn is used.
So basically saying, that loco is as real as it gets in the game. You can always kill the bell too with hitting B on your keyboard.

As BT2 notes this is correct behavior. This is not a bug or a defect.
