Assuming the bmp files exist.

Try the following:

Open the asset for editing in Explorer.

Open up the bmp files in Paint.net or some other image-editing program.
Save them as .tga files.

Edit the <image_name>.texture.txt files and change the .bmp file extension to .tga

Save the .texture.txt files

Close the folder.

Submit.
 
The only texture files required seem to be the following ones:
obruc.bmp
obruc.texture.txt
plasser11.bmp
plasser11.texture.txt
pruznice.bmp
pruznice.texture.txt
pruznice2.bmp
pruznice2.texture.txt

Try deleting all other .texture.txt files.
