Try searching 'plasser' on the DLS there are a number of track maintenance vehicles including a tamper. Peter

Took a bit of finding but long story short - searching by the number on the side takes you there - eventually. You have to go here...

http://www.trainzkatalog.websnadno.cz/Vozidla-MTH.html

There is some good assets on there - including the one you want

Regards
Doug

**** As an update then I have been on the site but trying to download anything is a bit of trial. At least we know the origin anyway.

Unfortunately all the links are just nice pictures, and the download links are long DEAD Links !

That's not true, the red link leads you to another site where the download is located.

They are not all the same and you have to do some searching to get to the right one you want.

Looks like it Cascade. I managed to download a few items but the rest is, as you say, Dead. From what I could see it was all old stuff anyway with references to 2004 - 2006 and 2009.

I noticed that if you click on the referring website links, rather than the link to the asset its self, there's a chance the asset might be available. Looking under Metro a tramvaje, is a website link for http://www.trainz.cz/.

It would be nice to check these links out if I had more time because there's some really, really nice stuff there.

Looks like Greek to me  Verstehen sie nicht

LOL.

Easy... Use Google translate or a plug-in for Edge if you use that browser.

Perhaps I'm lucky because I have a minimal understanding of Polish and a bit better understanding of German and French. Forget Russian though!

I found this one but can not find this missing kuids: 218710:51275, 218710:53275, 218710:57275, 218710:58275

I used Trainz Kuid Index www.trainzkuidindex.com to find the dependencies.

Yes, I used kuidsearch too yesterday, it came up with the same sites... but then what?

Until now I could not find any of the missing kuids.

It would be great that KuidSearch came up with the LINK where the file is located and not only gif the address of the site site where it can be found.

Or I do something wrong... it must be... :(

Please provide the exact links, so we all can get them working, and please post screenshots and videos

I found a German animated crane, with a working clam shell bucket, I had to stop playing with it after 2 weeks, it was taking up too much of my time

That crane must be this one: http://ot2007.de/index.php?page=DatabaseItem&id=21

Wonderful piece of work. I have that one for a long time.
And there's more cool stuff on that site. (DE18 and G12 loks)
All free to download.

What I did with the Plasser ssp 110 and the Plasser 8-275 is just typing the kuids in Google.
That works best for me.

I downloaded a very old proggie named CDPBrowser2.exe from an almost dead forum.
Could not find an update version.
It can see in a cdp file what kuids are in it.
If I have downloaded a cdp I check first if the missing kuid is in there.
If so, I install the cdp.
My Content Manager is always sorted to installation date, latest above.
It's very accurate because it shows hours, minutes and seconds too.
Then I locate the missing kuid that was needed and delete all the rest of that latest installation.

Problem is, it's Eastblock language all over the place, so be careful where you click on.
Google translation is working only for 40 to 50%.
And why it always has to be in that sort of countries where the kuids can be found, I don't know.

Now for the Plasser spp 110, imo there's a pantograph missing because I miss the animation that is shown in some videos.
There was no pantograph entry in the config.txt, so maybe that file is not complete.

:)

That CDPBrowser2 is one of the best tools around. I have that backed up on DVD with my other "Trainz Utilities" that need guarding because they are no longer available.

I noticed it needs to run as Administrator and you sometimes have to highlight the text to make it visible, but other than that it works fine in Windows 10.

That is not the clam shell crane asset I spoke of ... that is a crane car that has no animation

Saying to go Google the kuid (as we don't know the kuid) is not working, and you are not providing the download link, please provide the download link so that we all may go find the assets and dependencies
