Need some help please?

On the 29[SUP]th[/SUP] June I purchased 3 items fromSimulator Central. First class ticket, Laadgs Transporter and Laaers cartransporter. I have opened Tane on numerous occasions and nothing shows up. Ihave clicked on file download purchased items and still nothing. Would someonebe able to tell me what I am doing wrong?

Did you get an order confirmation email from SimCen? If not, then your order has not been processed correctly. If you did, you should get a prompt to download some packages (SC388 and SC366) when you first start Trainz from the Launcher. If you are not seeing that, check the following:

On the Trainz Settings Internet tab, ensure that your username and password are the same as those used to purchase the DLC. Also ensure that you are in 'on-line' mode. You have to be connected to the Trainz servers to get the DLC.

If none of the above work, you will need to contact the Helpdesk (there's a link at the top of the forum page).
