JR caboose faulty in Tane

When trying to download an older JR file into Tane, "Chessie System Bay Window Caboose #2," kuid 156765:100338, I am presented with the following errors and warnings:

Can anything in the config file be tweaked here to fix this, or is it just not compatible?
