"Selector" throttle in GP7L cab (Military Pack)

What is a "Selector" throttle in GP7L cab (included in Military Module)? I didn't find it explained anywhere and I didn't see it yet. Maybe small manual should be usable fot this engine ;-).

I put this question to a product page in Jonted Rail website too, but this one didn't appear that at all!

the selector lever allows one to select between braking and power modes. B for dynamic braking mode and 1-4 for power modes. OFF is simply a standby mode.

This throttle configuration represents most EMD locomotives from the time.

Thank you. I met this first time. But the truth is I don't drive GP7s or GP9s often.
