n00b question: How to free roam in Driver?

How does one move around freely in Driver (like you can in Surveyor) using the Free-Roaming view?
 
Which version are you referring to here? In most cases there's an option at the top to use Free Roaming View or you can press the 4 key (for PC and Mac versions that is).

I'm using Trainz 2010: EE. What I'm trying to say is I know how to get to the free-roam view, but not how to Free-Roam like in Surveyor when you use CRTL + the arrow keys to move. It doesn't work in Drive, so I was wondering how to do so in Driver.
 
It can be done but it is different in driver. If you enable freeintcam you can then place an invisible loco on invisible track, assign it a driver and then in driver select it and you will have much finer control on navigation, about the speed of walking using arrow keys, page up page down and mouse.
