This and much more available right now!

The South Bay RR is available as a MEGA PACK with 13 units.

I love the BW-9 in the South Bay pack, it's my new favourite loco in trainz. They would look mint in Pioneer Valley colours (old & new).

Lot's of new stuff coming very soon for the PVR with those being included!

Is it possible to purchase the BW-9 individually and not as part of the whole pack?

It looks superb.

Phil

I installed the South Bay pack into T:ane and (as usual with T:ane) was greeted by bugs

These came up on the SD-38's and BW9's:
-The Integer tag 'size' in container 'sand' is not a valid Integer value.
- The Integer tag 'size' in container 'diesel' is not a valid Integer value.
- The Decimal tag 'smoke_shade' in container 'traincar' is not a valid Decimal value.

The BW9's Cab Mechanism dependency is also faulty with the error:

- Image file 'glass.tga' is incorrectly used as both a texture.txt source file and a raw image file.

I am not a person who is good with code, nor do I want to try and fix it without knowing what to do and making it worse

All simple fixes.

Open the config.txt files (Right-click on one of the locos and choose open Edit config.txt file in Notepad.

Look for these numbers for example the number for sand.

Integers are whole numbers meaning there is no decimal following. In other words you have 1, 2, 20, 30, etc., not 1.0, 2.4, 20.456674, 30.454589, and so on.

Once these values are fixed. Save the config.txt, right click on the asset (loco), and choose submit. That will repair that.

The texture issue is rather simple too. Ensure that the file is named, also in the config.txt file .texture in both places and not .tga in on and .texture in another.

The same editing as above applies to this as well.

Like I said, these are easy fixes and you don't have to be a programmer to fix them. I'm surely not!

I love the South Bay Pack! I do have two questions though. First are the engines not suppose to have ARN? I can change the numbers manually, but only the number boards change, not the side numbers. And second it something off in the sound file for the BW-9s? They sound kind of tingy?

Apparently there is only supposed to be one number and they are configured as such.

Is JR not supporting TANE yet with their latest content?

Not officially yet, but getting closer to it.

So I tried to do this. but I couldn't get the files to open. don't know why, payware maybe?

EDIT: I cant open the BW9's, the SD38's open up fine. Also I have No idea what to fix for the error - The Decimal tag 'smoke_shade' in container 'traincar' is not a valid Decimal value. as the line of code its referencing (I think) is "smoke_shade 30,30,30,5". should I change these all to decimal's? or is there something im missing?

I bought NS / EL 1700 and have this missing dependency. Please help.

Kuid2:45324:25503:2 cant find it anywhere. Its an unknown dependency.

For the EL SD45-2 i'm missing this one <kuid2:45324:25503:2> when i search the site it point's me to the South Bay Pack which i don't really want, Now i know i am using a out of date version for these and i have been able to fix a couple of the error's that show in my version by back dating them or using the earlier engine file's but i was also able to use up most of my point's also which helped but this will probably be one of my last purchase's as i don't intend to buy that rubbish they are calling Tane. But i would like to try and get the EL SD45-2 working at least please.
Mick.
