Has they borough considered light rail for the abandoned route, or did they go with, gasp, buses rapid transit which stinks?

Sorry for late reply, I don't get around to forums for socializing like I used to.
They are actually doing both due to cost. They have finally, after years of study and a lot of spending, decided on BRT for now with planned addition of Light Rail at some point plus there have been plans and requests for light rail on the west shore. Problem is it now gets passed over for funding from the MTA.
