    Thumbs up Strange bogie behavior.

    Chris

You mention weird compatibility with bogies, you are not kidding.

In the shot above is a Garratt built with the bogey units as bogies, not as separate coupled units. Everything is where it should be in T:ane.

In this shot, you will see the same bogies added to the VR G42. The X's indicate the presence of two extra front unit bogies, at the rear you can see the front headlight protruding from the coal, the back unit at a.bog1 with the coal is not duplicated. If I swap the bogies in the config, the new bogey 0, which is the coal bunker, is the duplicated one. I have looked at the .im file with Pevs attachment maker and the a.bog0 attachment point is not triplicated, just the bogies..

It does not appear to be a a bogey problem. I am lost, where do I go from here?

While I am not sure what cured the problem but case closed.

My guess is that were some omissions that I corrected but as I virtually started again from scratch, I don't really know what they were.

Here she is as loaded on the DLS

As you can see, everything is in the right place. Thanks for your patience.

Having put the Garratt to rest, I had to find something to plague you.

    Live driver.jpgdead driver.jpg

Lefthand image was shot in TS12. Note the driver standing in the cab. In the right hand image from T:ane, the driver is flat on his face in the ballast. Not a good look. Both shots were made from the same assets transferred from T:ane to TS12.

It does appear that T:ane is doing something funny with attachments. Do you want the CDP?

Yer 'tis. This model started out in way back in Trainz 1.3 so is not really up-to-date, nevertheless it is error free in build 3.5 . The only problem is the dead driver who/which is designed to work as a pantograph and rotate to look both ways.
