the animation issue already solve. my 3dsmax scale unit is set to inches so thats why trainz won't load it

Very cool! My wife rides SEPTA from Lansdale to the city daily and she absolutely loves these Silverliner V's ( sarcasm alot there lol). I'll be following this thread closely, good to see someone working on these. Keep up the good work.

You appear to have a natural talent for 3D modelling. This Silverliner is looking great so far and I hope to see more creations from you in the future!

I will certainly be keeping an eye on this thread.

Updates for the pantograph

after long time searching on the internet for tutorial (and God Grace) finally I can finish this pantograph :D It's still unmapped texture, because I just testing them on trainz

I set the height around 2 meters it fits on Pennsy in real live, I use the China Centenary as the reference

I should be able to create a script that allows the stairs to be operated independently of the doors, allowing for a quick transition from low platforms to high ones.

This is just for testing, I already made the stair that separated from the doors
