Rewards points

Hello there. I am trying to purchase some content from JR, with my rewards points (I currently have 20,578 points), but there is no button to click that says "apply rewards points," like there was last time I used points from JR. It isn't because I don't have enough pints, as I have over 20,000. Any help?
