Something doesn't seem to be right with the MyTrainz server talking back to the forums. It works fine for those of us that have already registered their products, but new users apparently are having difficulties registering and having their registered versions appear in their station lines.
We saw this a few weeks ago with a new IPad user and more recently with other users with the same version, and now there are people here with the same issue with TS12. This would explain why these people cannot download if MyTrainz isn't communicating properly with the DLS as well.
Perhaps N3V should take a look at this at their first opportunity as it is quite important for downloading
