Missing Dependencies for CN (IC) C40-8W

Just downloaded the blue CN C40-8W and I found these two missing dependencies. They do not show in the JR search
on their website nor on Google.

<kuid2:45324:90316:1> (Cab Interior)

Can someone suggest where I could possibly find them? Thanks.
