I'm wondering if theres a scenario rule or driver command that will stop all locomotives from raising there pantographs.
I've made a route that's primarily 3rd rail, but uses a lot of dual voltage EMUs equipped with pantographs, I'm wondering if its possible to stop the AI from raising its pantograph everytime the train departs from a station. It's beginning to become a pain, every time a train departs a station to issue the 'lower pantograph command'. It would be far easier if all the pantographs were disabled altogether.
