It is a 10 year old thread. Those items were likely made for TS12. Looking on the DLS there are reskins of a GP35 made by Socalwb909 who made stuff for JR at about that time. His site is https://socaltrains.weebly.com/ but I don't see an SP35 GP35 in the download section. They are all made for TS12 SP1 and TANE as I suspected.

They were old JR Club Car products made by a user who left the JR team (and likely Trainz all together), not Socalwb909.
