Serial number

I recently re-installed trainz 2012, but I can't download anything, because my serial number has apparently already been used. I'm assuming that I can't use the serial number more than once?

You don't have to re-register when you re-install; plug your serial number into Content Manager's settings dialog and make sure you use the username and password for the account that you registered TS12 on originally (very important!)

As is outlined on the serial number registration page, Trainz serial numbers can only be registered once and to only one account. As such, you will not have been able to register the serial number to another account. Please ensure that you are logging in through the account the serial number is registered to.
