They are on the DLS.

kuid:124060:38190 thru 38194 are the ones I used making structures for the WP&Y route. Might be a few more to the set I didn't need so I suggest looking around a bit.

Thanks a ton Ben! I was able to successfully download all of the NG36 tracks, however, i wasnt able to find the green grassy ballast version of the track Pencil42 made that can be seen in screenshots of the WP&Y route... could you be of any help there or am I on my own for that one?
 
I think you might be on your own for that. The only tracks of his I use are those I attached to the WP&Y structures I made for the route. I'm sure there are ones Pencil42 has made that I never had any reason to use. You might consider dropping him a PM and asking him what the kuid is for that track.

I think the tracks you are looking for are

<kuid:57230:38101> NG36 Track 56lb rustic
<kuid:57230:38102> NG36 Track 56lb rustic dirty

These are by Jango and are probably only available in the WP&Y route package.

Yes, I think he reskinned some of my track for that route. He'd be the person to talk with, I don't think I ever actually saw a copy of them.

The procedural narrow gauge track looks good, available at:

Wanted to add I was able to understand with Google Translate what the Swedish words say in English, as many of you know, graduating to T:ANE has it issues with older Assets, ending up with repair, deletions, or exchanges depending on ones ability to adapt their Routes respectfully to individual needs.

It's been a good learning experience for me, however it does come with it's frustrations at times. (Survivor from TS-12)

I posted a picture here, on how I did this, there may be better ways others are aware of.
