I downloaded Trainz Mac 2 yesterday, but didn't realise that DLC which I'd already purchased would automatically become available to download once I'd registered my copy, and so I bought the Duchess Pack through the TSMac2 Content Manager even though I've already paid for it once.
Is there any point in me attempting to request a refund from N3V? I know that generally you can't get refunds on a download because from the minute you download it you have a copy of it, but in this case all I've done is basically buy another 10 licences - meaning I now have 18! So I wondered if N3V might refund my money in return for those ten licences being withdrawn?
Has anyone tried this before? Is it a hopeless cause?
