Then you need to open a ticket with the helpdesk. Keep in mind that they're in a different time zone. As I type this, it's 11:56AM for me, which means it's 2:56AM tomorrow morning at N3V's headquarters, so if I open a ticket, they won't answer immediately. I believe those billboards are from an old payware pack that may not be around anymore. I think he/she also released trailer park assets that were payware back in the TS12 era.

If this is for a route you may want to check with the route creator. Or check for a thread in the Freeware forums if it is a freeware route. There is quite a mix of payware and different sources. Sometimes the creator will post sources in a thread or in the description.

The kuids ending in 127 are on the DLS, but they are improperly formatted KUID2 updates. Just copy the 127 kuids into Content Manager under the Asset KUID filter, and paste them. Then, you have to remove the 2 in KUID2 and 127. After that, the asset should appear. In order to download it, right click "Download this version" and it should no longer become an unknown asset.
